The Story of Two Fathers
Built by fathers — for our own children, and yours.
We are Bas and Maarten — fathers, software builders, and longtime study friends from Delft. Just like in any household, we saw it unfold with our own kids: tension when the tablet has to go away, the magnetic pull of screens, and the search for balance. We didn't want to be referees who only yell 'no' or remain passive bystanders. We wanted a guide that sparks curiosity and self-regulation — well before the first smartphone arrives.

No ads, no sale of children's data
We strictly never sell data to third parties, create no commercial profiles, and show zero advertisements. No screenshots of chats, searches, or photos are ever taken. All data is encrypted and strictly stays within your family.
How does Monimentor sustain itself?
We build sustainable funding through partnerships with schools and municipalities, sales of our physical family board game Cloud Surfers, and potential future optional premium family extensions — without ever locking the core behind a paywall.
